Feelin' the same way all over again...
Hmm... seems like often, I incorporate into my posts a line from whatever song is playing on iTunes whenever I'm writing. I've also noticed that those songs also seem to dictate the air of the post. For example. If I'm listening to my Sad Bastard mix, I'll probably be bitching and moaning about how lonely I am, and how I'm never going to find a girl, and blah blah blah. However. if I'm listening to my Saturday Morning mix, I'll most likely be talking about how I had a good day, got a nice score on a test, or how generally I'm feelin' fine.
This morning, I've selected all my Norah Jones songs to listen to (hence the title of this post). Honestly, I don't know why I put it on. Norah Jones always reminds me of spring/summer, and it is currently...*checks weather widget on comp*... 0 degrees outside. Hooray! It warmed up!
Srrriously, this cold is ri-DONK-ulous. I guess I'm trying to counter it by putting myself in a warmer mood.
....OK, so I just got back from filming for a marketing class project. It went pretty well. The best part is that we plan on incorporating the song "Now You're A Man" from Orgazmo(see it, it's a great movie. and no, it's not a porno). The song is amazing, hilarious, and I love it.
Anyway, John (my boss) told me to include the latest dirt and dish in this post. So... what's the newest gossip at NU? Umm.... Ok this is dumb and I don't know any gossip. You're my work boss, John, not my weblog boss. Hah! Take that, establishment. Either way, all you 4 people who read this blog should check out John's podcast The Daily Purge on iTunes. He's actually pretty funny, and his music intro things are pretty cool. There's your plug.
On a happy note, I got finished with my 4 midterms this past week, and though I don't think I did extremely well, they're done and I no longer care about them.
Final thought: I'm getting lunch now. Sorry I didn't have any good stories for this post.
